Deposit Accounts

No Minimum Checking
There is no minimum balance required. You are allowed 25 debits per monthly statement cycle. There is a $.50 per debit charge for all debits over 25 per month.

Regular Checking
No charge with $100 minimum balance. $5.00 service charge, plus $.20 per check if balance falls below minimum.

Student Checking
Flat $6 charge per quarter.

NOW Account
Interest paid on average daily balance. Minimum balance $500 or average monthly balance of $800. If you drop below the minimum balance, there is a $9.00 service charge, plus $.15 per check charge.

Senior Account
Same as NOW account with no minimum balance required. Must be age 55 or over to qualify.

Loans

Peoples State Bank offers a wide variety of loans. All decisions are made locally and normally within 24 hours. Stop in and see Bob, Jim, or Dave at Madison Lake or John at Eagle Lake. Advantage Debit Card

Peoples State Bank offers its account holders the Advantage Debit card. This card allows you to make purchases at any Merchant that displays the VISA symbol. The money comes out of your checking account just like a check. No need to write a check or dig out your ID. Once you’ve tried it, you’ll find yourself using it at all Merchants that accept this form of payment. If you use your Advantage Debit card for purchases at least 4 times a month, there is no monthly charge.
